THE AKA HAS CONFIRMED THE FDA IS NOT REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ANY COMMENTS TO THE UN EXPERT COMMITTEE — THEY ONLY HAVE TO “CONSIDER" THEM.
Therefore:
The AKA has created new submission portals on our sites
Please submit here even if you already entered via Federal Registry. The AKA will provide these copies to the FDA, as well as the W.H.O. and UN Committee as evidence, and ensure the FDA doesn't edit or omit comments.
The AKA is working hard to prompt as many kratom consumer comments as possible! Your comment, combined with getting others to comment, will make a huge difference.
