The American Kratom Association (AKA) is first and foremost a consumer advocacy organization. The FDA has deployed an unrelenting anti-kratom disinformation campaign since 2012, and every day we see more of the unfair attacks by the FDA in local cities, counties, and townships in addition to their broad attacks on kratom at the state and federal levels. The FDA is spending millions of our tax dollars to wage war on the kratom community. We have to fight back in every way that we can. Kratom consumers have always risen to the challenge, but the demands are now so great, particularly with the coronavirus hitting hard-working families in the pocketbook, that we have asked the kratom vendors to help. We recognize the following Kratom Champions who have answered the call to join kratom consumers in this fight. The AKA invited vendors who have committed to the AKA Good Manufacturing Practices program to participate so that we are consistent in our messaging.
